Full Concert at [F]luister – The Netherlands
Here is a new HD Video of my performance at [F]luister (Full Concert), in Dordrecht, The Netherlands on 30 January
Bruno Sanfilippo, is all that last longer in the art of music. And that is really going to see everything. Confident he sits down after a short break at the piano and accompanies his music with captivating facial expressions. During his first song are some strings and hammers inside the piano muted by one of Sanfilippo’s wonderful attributes. This gives a dark, sinister tone to the otherwise harmonious piano sound. Sanfilippo is very musically talented and play the keyboard as an extension of his own body. He takes you to a place in his music where dreams and reality merge.
These dreams, however, are not rosy and superficial, like Bavota was the case, but deep and mysterious. You can not get a grip on, you can just let wash over you. And that is exactly what everyone does. At the end of each song Sanfilippo bows his head slowly towards the piano to dispel uncertainty about the moment of applause, and after his last song he gets a well-deserved ovation.
